Traces Of Love
And the fact is you don’t have to be in love, to feel the love.
Our mere existence is filled with traces of love.

The smile on her lips that brought joy to your heart,

The unwanted insecurities, the sense of jealousy.
The wave of panic, felt on being disconnected.”
Trust me, we would’ve made the best pair if all of it could testify that we were in love,
But we just shared a bond, a bond that we were found of.
A bound that was far from love, but had the Traces of love.

Sometimes it's a struggle to get myself out of bed and sometimes the chaos is my mind doesn't let me sleep.
Sometimes no problem seems too big and sometimes I struggle with my thoughts so deep.
Sometimes I feel only sky is the limit and sometimes my soul is so weak and so timid.
Sometimes all the colors seem so vibrant and bright and sometimes my entire world is painted black and white.
Sometimes the sound of the waves bring me to peace and sometimes the same gets me all restless and at unease.
Sometimes I feel like a millionaire in the best of his health and sometimes i am just a beggar who's starving to death.
Sometimes I am in love with this endless pain and sometimes I am just a free body who has its soul chained.
Sometimes I hope I'll be all fine and that day I wish I am in love with my life.

I wish there was a place between light and dark,

With closed eyes

I miss those moments

So many faces I had come across in my entire life
But it was you, only you who made me get my wrist closer to that knife.
Restless were the days and lonely the nights,
The struggle with my past seemed like an endless fight.
All the anti-depressants just helped me numb the pain,
But I felt it the worst, the moment I heard your name.
But there's still a slight hope that I cling on to,
That one day when i wake up, I won't think of you.
